| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| About 500 million people worldwide suffer from osteoarthritis and there is no dedicated platform for this specific disease. Methods for grading are primitive and time consuming. There is a need for an online platform which can be used in comfort of home and help millions in improving quality of life |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Osteoarthritis patients mostly middle-aged people living in urban and suburban areas forming about 500 million worldwide and 56 Million in Pakistan. |
| How will the solution works |
| Doctors use three factor formula to grade the patients it includes X-Ray Grading, questions from the patients and use of visual testing equipment such as goniometer. Platform will be capable of X-Ray Grading using Deeplearning and AI and implementation of goniometer using image processing. It will have a database that will store the complete profile of every patient with a dashboard for doctor and patients separately. |
