| Pheriwalay is an E-commerce App, based on a model similar to "Careem", but it connects people with street vendors(Vegetable Sellers, etc), by showing their movement and location in a specific radius. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| We observe a technological gap in the street trading business, which is the most affordable consumption in Pakistani Communities. While the hard work of a street vendor has yet not been facilitated in our society, our idea aims to digitalize daily street trading. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Our idea facilitates Homemakers, who have to track street vendors for daily household needs or have to go to nearby markets. Meanwhile, it saves street vendors the hard work of roaming in the streets without any sales. They will no longer lose a customer if they have moved to the next street. |
| How will the solution works |
| Our application provides a virtual cart to vendors, they can place Vegetables, Fruits, Corn, Naan, Yogurt, etc covering daily life necessities being sold in the streets. The map shows the GPS location of street vendors and the option to call them at your doorstep Like Careem. Street vendors will be able to increase their sales with less leg work, while costumers will save leg work of navigating markets for daily life fresh products. |
| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| Local retail stores in markets providing the same items may be considered as competitors but they are not available anywhere anytime at the doorstep of every consumer (as per their requirement) therefore this is providing ease in access as compared to other indirect competition. |
