Abstract:
    The purpose of this project is to develop an automatic liquid filling machine using pressure difference process and filling is controlled using different mechanisms.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    Liquid filling machines mostly used in industries are not automatic, setup of liquid filling machine require changes if the size of bottle is changed, and the setup of automatic liquid filling machines is expensive
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   All industries where liquid is filled in bottles or containers will be benefited i.e., mineral water industries, beverage industries, industries where liquids like hand wash, face wash, dish washing liquid, vinegar, soya sauce are filled in containers etc.
How will the solution works
    In our prototype compressor is connected to overflow bottle and then with the nozzle. Compressor is used create vacuum in overflow bottle and then in container and liquid will be filled as a result of pressure difference when nozzle make the container air tight. Excess liquid will flow to overflow bottle due to pressure difference. Geneva mechanism will be used to rotate the tray and cam mechanism to raise and descend tray. As nozzle is fixed so tray will be descended to rotate it easily.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    Sunshine machinery. Our product work on different phenomena and doesnot include any expensive microcontroller.
