Abstract:
    With the Hand Gesture based interface, the aim of the Hand Glove is to dissolve the interaction of human with their device by recognizing the hand movements of the user without touching.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    To bridge the gap between humans and the systems they interact with keyboards, mouse, joysticks etc. Unfortunately, none of these devices remove the barrier between man and machine. Gesture recognition can be seen as a way for computers to begin to understand human body language.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   Everyone can use it to control motions of different modified machines like car, drones, cranes etc. This technique can be very helpful for disables people who have limited movement but can still do the work.
How will the solution works
    The main idea is to provide a hand glove to people so that they can wear it and control the car with only a small amount of instruction. A flex sensor mounted on the index finger is used to sense the curvature of the finger. Bending the sensor results in a change of resistance, which can be detected by the raspberry pi. The distance between the transistor and receiver (which is RC car in this case) should not be too large and there should be no obstruction between the transmitter and receiver.
