| Conventional construction uses excessive cement, thus contributes to global warming, is unsustainable, costly, labor intensive and time consuming. Benefits of PCSPs include thermal and sound insulation, lightweight, fire resistance, seismic resistance, sustainability, economy and quick construction. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Everyone can benefit, including the environment since amount of cement is reduced by half. Construction can be done faster, enabling societies can develop faster. Separate insulation won't be required. People and manufacturers will benefit from added economy. Electricity bills can be reduce by half |
| How will the solution works |
| PCSP is replacement to conventional construction. Amount of concrete is halved due to insulation layer. Cement in concrete layers is partially replaced by industrial byproducts like fly-ash, marble waste. Thus making construction economical, sustainable and environmental friendly. The panels are also lightweight due to lightweight materials that compose it, reducing transportation and construction costs. No extra insulation is required. Construction will require less machinery and is made easier |
