| An app to provide a platform for users to select the best fit blue collar worker to arrive at their house and provide a service at a mutually agreed upon rate. The services will include, but are not limited to, cooking services, electrician services, AC services, home shifting, carpentry, plumbing, hair cutting and dressing, cleaning and laundry. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| SUBwork will firstly provide jobs/gigs to service workers and help facilitate their service careers better than conventional markets, since it makes getting access to their services a lot simpler and a lot more convenient for the average person. A plethora of different services will be offered. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| SubWORK will serve as a frictionless bridge connecting a service buyer to a service provider, helping both in the process. It will help the lower/working class since ease in access to their services, which this app will provide to the general public, is guaranteed to provide better gigs to them. |
| How will the solution works |
| The user will first be met with a menu of different services. Upon selection, the user will select rate and begin the search. A map will show all potential workers in the vicinity. If a worker accepts the gig at the rate mentioned, the user will be prompted to 'accept' and then be shown the live location of the worker. Workers will be at their door step in 20-40 mins depending on the type of service (some services like home shifting etc could take longer). The workers will be reliable, verified. |

| So far, there isn't really a well developed, well marketed and user-friendly app, available in both English and Urdu, that is also well tailored to Pakistani markets and demands. Additionally, the app has the unique feature of letting the user set the fee/rate and bargain with the workers. |
