| The goal of the research was to prepare a single dosage unit for the cure of Allergic Rhinitis, to enhance the patient compliance and to reduce the frequency of dosing. This combination was concluded to be safe and effective as per previous researches. |

| Due to socio-economical conditions of Pakistan & Pharmaceutical industries, there is need of combination of Drugs in one unit. Impact of this Formulation in terms of cost effectiveness will be bigger. |

| Now a days, there are millions of people that are suffering from allergic rhinitis and common cold. The most recommended drug combination is antihistamine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which is not available in a single dosage unit so successfully developed in a single dosage unit |

| The most simple and effective method of treatment is still oral solid dosage forms. It is the suitable route because of benefits such as non-invasiveness, patients conformance, and ease of drug administration.
In this study pellets of Fexofenadine IR and Paracetamol SR has been successfully developed and encapsuled in a single dosage unit in a hard gelatin capsule. This is developed by extrusion spehronization technique
