| At this point, the Vacuum Forming machines used in Pakistan are imported. There is a gap to be filled in the polymer market. We aim to fabricate the machine locally and sell it at a convenient price to the local consumer so that competition in the respective market can be instilled. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Small to Medium scaled businesses can benefit from this machine, by starting their own businesses of making and selling plastic products. Plastics, being an integral part of today's household, the market potential is enormous. |
| How will the solution works |
| The machine's working is governed by a Vacuum Forming Process, which employs the heating process through a heater and suction process from a vacuum pump. The heated plastic sheet can then be worked upon to take the shape of a particular mold. |
