| Circadian rhythm develops postnatally in newborns and are responsible for sleep–wake cycles, cardiovascular activity, body temperature, sensory system, renal plasma, hepatic metabolism, detoxification, functions of the endocrine system. Circadian rhythm is affected by light and air quality, our product will regulate both these factors to encourage proper development of circadian rhythm in infants |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| Raising infants is already a tasking job as they cannot communicate their needs and seeing your newborn child in any physical or mental pain is the nightmare of every parent. The importance of circadian rhythm development though understood, has no products in the market targeted to infants |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| This product is needed by all parents of newborn babies, specifically those based in highly polluted areas such as Lahore. This product will help the infant develop a circadian rhythm and help the parents to feel validated that their child is protected and has access to the best possible environment |
| How will the solution works |
| The product feature two parts: light and air quality. The light will mimic natural sunlight and will read the geographical location of the infant to adjust the intensity and timing of certain light outputs to adjust the infant no matter where they are based. The second component will feature air filtration through a circular HEPA filter specifically to target PM2.5 particles in air, that are not only dangerous but present in abundance specifically in Pakistan. |

| Currently in the Pakistani market their are no competitors and internationally these products exist on a much bigger scale, such as Chromaviso in Denmark for Circadian Lighting and Dyson as well as IQ air for air purification. |
