| Seepage in walls is a very common phenomenon and has a deadly effect on
the structure. It causes damages like water marks and blisters due to which it can cause structural damages as well as ruins the aesthetics of the structure. The seepage measures for Pre and Post Construction Phases as well as study the possible causes and reasons associated with these type of problems will be studied.

| With a large number of these chemical suppliers in the market and everyone claiming themselves to be the best, it becomes difficult for the users to choose the best and effective chemical available in the market without getting attracted from the marketing gimmicks. |

| Seepage is a very common problem which majority of the buildings/occupants must have had encountered at some point of time. So it’s the need for every person who builds, usually contractors (pre-construction) and the building users (post-construction). |
| How will the solution works |
| • Laboratory Simulation of Seepage (Preparation of Sample Walls to study the phenomenon of seepage different wall samples were prepared whilst observing them under in-situ condition to ascertain the real time situation).
• Application of various chemicals on test areas to check there effectiveness on the mentioned dosage instructions.
• By altering the mentioned dosage instructions and analysis we will check them for their cost effectiveness as well.
