Abstract:
    This project was assigned to us by our collaborator Dice Analytics, and under their supervision, we aim to make the hiring process a lot simpler for the HR team by AI assisted screening of individuals.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    The tedious and effort demanding work that goes into hiring where the team has to skim through myriad of applicants against very few job openings is handled by the AI.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   The product, once in roll-out stages, can be helpful for Human Resource Management teams around the region.
How will the solution works
    The solution basically gets the input of video feed for every question posed by the employer. The video is then analyzed for gestures and features using Deep Learning models, which will account for marking the applicant as confident or not. The audios of the answer will then be matched with the original answer given by the employer to check for relevance and the two scores will contribute towards the screening of the applicant.

    Test Gorilla is one of the solution currently offering services in this domain, but it relies only on MCQs and solid metrics to test the job applicant.
