How will the solution works | |
The system will take comments made by customers and apply the concepts of Semantic Analysis using Natural Language Processing. The major component of this system is the Keyword Comparison. Keywords that represent Negative, Neutral and Positive sentiments will be stored on a database and will be used for comparison when a user makes a comment to give a rating to that product. | |
