Abstract:
    The ballpoint, gadgets, toys, computers, machines and packing of eatable things are made up of the plastic and this plastic is the biggest source of the pollution. Our country has been suffering from polluted environment. Scarce of resources and polluted environment has troubled my nation for a very longtime. So, I am aiming to work on the sustainable road construction by using waste plastic.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    The basic need of the society to clean the environment to live a healthy life. We have no sustainable way to control this increasing plastic. Our idea will be a source to use this waste into a beneficial way.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   All the developing nations are worried about the environment. They have no parameters to control the waste especially, plastic waste. This project will enable the whole world to tackle the problem about plastic waste.
How will the solution works
    The plastic can be used into the roads as a replacement of aggregate or to modify the binder. But things stopping us to commercialize this project are "Different behavior of binder when we mix same composition of different type of plastic" and "when we store a modified bitumen for a long time it separated from the bitumen". We solve these problems by Developing compatibilizer agents to improve the storage stability of bitumen and addition of specific functional groups on polymer surface.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    Unfortunately, In Pakistan there is no competitor of this unique idea because this idea has not applied yet commercially. We will introduce some compatibilizer and some specific functional groups on polymer surface.
