| Human interaction for quality control is prone to quality and hygiene issues, therefore in order to cater this issue we will devise a physical system for automated quality control which will ensure the reliability of the production. We will be presenting working prototype which can be implemented in industries on large scale in which quality can be monitored in a real time. | |

| Our solution for the quality control of biscuits is divided into 3 major segments. 1. Image acquisition of baked biscuits through a camera. 2. Processing the image to take a decision (Biscuit is up to the standards or not). 3. Actuating the discarding mechanism to eliminate sub standard biscuits from the conveyor. | |
