| We get to see hundreds of success stories of numerous freelancers. Still, many have been disappointed or disillusioned from the industry, as they could not cash out their first few projects online—lack of resources, suitable working environments, and live mentorship. |

| Any technology enthusiast looking for an opportunity to earn online through digital skills can be a student of WAIODS. We call them Wailancers. The vision is a Wailancer at every home of Pakistan. |
| How will the solution works |
| WAIODS consists of three steps process.
1) Learning Academy: Where Wailancers will be taught digital skills courses.
2) Portfolio Building: After completing the course, the Wailancers will now be working on live projects to build their experiences and portfolio.
3) Incubation: The Wailancers are now ready to avail themselves of the professional environment with the 24/7 mentorship of the experts in the incubation center of WAIODS. |
