| Reporting domestic and municipal issues has never been easy for the citizens of Pakistan. To facillitate this, we aim to develop a smart system that would let users report from their smartphones. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| Civic and municipal issues are on rise. It is quite difficult for the governing bodies to routinely check entire civilizations for issues, which is where complaints play their role. Complaining should be made easier and quicker in order to enhance community involvement for a better society. |

| Citizens of Pakistan, and the Governing Bodies. |
| How will the solution works |
| It focuses on issues that effects more than one people at a time. Integrates social-platform sort of functionality into the complaint portal. Would let ones upvote/follow the issues nearby. Higher upvote number might hint for more serious issues. The application proposes to have automatic resource allocation in concerned department once the complaint is lodged. Morever, the application would prevent double-complaining by merging similar complaints with the use of AI. |
| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| In Pakistan, PM's CP is working for the same cause, but it lacks the ability to track issues effecting society at bigger level. That is because it lacks social interaction and mainly focuses the individual issues. Also, the assignment strategy is top-to-down, putting more load at higher level. |
