Abstract:
Enhancing the whole experience of food delivery systems by implementing principles of Industrial design. Taking steps to increase the warmth of the delivered food as well as avoiding any spillage.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
Increasing customer satisfaction by improving the food delivery systems in terms of the quality of food. Furthermore, the design of the bag is reworked to enhance the aerodynamic effectiveness of the bag.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
Restaurants, Fast-food joints and Third-party food delivery companies would benefit it as it refines the quality of the service provided.
How will the solution works
Holding the cups in place by using pressure created by styrofoam so that beverages are not spilt. Moreover, the aerodynamics of the bag will be reworked and the drag produced by the bag will be lessened. The excess heat in the form of the exhaust gases will be extracted using water and circulated through the bag to keep the food warm.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
There are a few international companies working on reheating the bags but our idea conserves energy by using the excess heat produced by the engine of the bike. Our competitors may be using heating elements to heat the bags which lets the excess heat go to waste.
