| I want to design a space saving smart bed for hostel room. As population is increases day by day. The big cities become overcrowded and are unable to cater the need of furniture for hostellite. | |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? | |
| The unmet need is the space saving with in hostel room where one room is being shared among 3 to 4 students. Each of the hostellite student desire for having personal space among shared spaces where he can study properly. | |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? | |
| The student that travel to big cities because of educational purposes would need it. As population is increases and residential areas are either too expensive or overcrowded. Thats why it is impossible to provide each hostellite student with proper facility of furniture for effective studying. | |
| How will the solution works | |
| It is a space saving smart bed. It has both storage space and workstation. There is a foldable table attached with the bed on the under side of bed. It opens when drag it outfrom the underside. The table opens up horizontally, vertically and adjusted according to the height or need of user. It can also rotate 180 degree allow the user to work on the table while sitting on the bed or sitting on the chair or standing on the floor. The table top also flip up at an angle 45 degree. | |

| My solution consist of space saving workstation, storage and embedded with technology like electric switch . As lives of many of us are changed after covid. Everyone of us desire for some personal space among shared space. Every student want to have its own workstation where he can study or work. | |
