| A real time SOS app that triggers on a keyword and generates an alert sending your location to close contacts, law
enforcements and other nearby users so someone can timely come and help. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| Women and Children in our society are exploited when they are alone. There are no existing solutions for real time emergency situations. So, our app will provide a real time alert platform where everyone is just a keyword away for someone to come and save them. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Women and children would be the major users. Men would also register to help their closed contacts
and nearby users in case of an emergency. Apart from that, it can also be used to generate alerts in
cases of robbery etc. So almost everyone in our country would benefit. |
| How will the solution works |
| There will be an NLP trigger word detection process running in the background and it will send the
location information to our server whenever a user says that keyword to ask for help. Then based on
that location our server will send alerts to nearby users, closed contacts and law enforcements, and give
them the location details of the user who needs help so someone can reach there to help them. |
| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| There are few local apps like Zainab alert but those are for reporting incidents after they happen. There
are some international apps like Bsafe but it only generates alerts to closed contacts and is not operational in Pakistan. Our app would also provide unique feature of proximity alerts |
