Electrical companies lack the methodology to apply real time analytics and get business insights. The decision- making process within these companies is quite slow. BIESC analyses the company’s available data and transforms it into useful business insights.

Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
BIESC is intended to help any organisation to manage and predict business affairs in near future. The objective of BIESC is to provide ease in the decision-making process for electric supply companies so that they could easily improve the limitation faced by the company.

How will the solution works |
Initially, the BIESC is going to perform data analysis on the IESCO’s data. The system is composed of four modules.
In the first module, the data is crawled from IESCO’s website and downloaded to local repository for further processing.In the second module, the data crawled from IESCO’s website is pre-processed and stored in the database. In the third module, business intelligence algorithms are applied to the data stored in the database.In the last module, the predicted data is visualized. |
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
Our competitors are Dundas BI, Sisense BI and other BI systems. Unlike these systems, our project provides more functionality as BIESC system contains a web crawler for crawling data from target website. All the work that BIESC performs is automated unlike its competitors. |
