| A platform to facilitate university students to find and select teammates with the required skillset to build a team for multidisciplinary projects and competitions. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| Students and faculty alike find it difficult to build multidisciplinary teams with diverse skillsets for projects and competitions. The idea will accelerate the team-making process and play its part in fulfilling SDGs 8, 9, and 17. Projects made using this platform will fulfill other SDGs too. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| It will provide students with innovative ideas and Professors who need more manpower for their ongoing projects with a platform where they can find skilled people. If we extend the idea beyond university level in the future, public and private sectors as well as skilled people will reap its benefit. |
| How will the solution works |
| The platform would be a website or an app with user profiles containing his/her skill set and interests. Clusters of users based on their profiles would be created by ML algorithms. If a student or a professor needs students for a project, he/she would enter the required skillset in the project details and the concerned cluster would be notified after the listing is analyzed by our algorithm, interested students will apply. The student or the professor would select the students on their choice. |

| Although our idea has a slight resemblance to GitHub and Search O’ Pal it is unique in the sense that it simplifies the arduous task of making a multidisciplinary team to tackle problems incorporating different domains. |
