Abstract:
fabric inspection is important to prevent the risk of delivering inferior quality fabric. visual detection gives only draw backs like less accuracy, more capital spending on labor, more time consuming
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
the automation in textile sector which will increase the pace and quality of fabric, will benefit our country which largely depends on textile industry.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
the textile industry as well as our country needs it. our countries economy is largely dependent on it so in turn benefitting the textile industry will benefit whole country.
How will the solution works
the fabric defects can be detected by monitoring fabric structure. In our work, techniques, are first implemented to examine the structure regularity features of the fabric image in the frequency domain. To improve the efficiency of the technique and overcome the problem of detection errors, further thresholding operation is implemented using a level selection filter.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
on international level we have many competitors but we believe to achieve more and more accuracy. our accuracy will give us the upper hand on our competitors.
