| Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world and particularly in Pakistan. A lot of these deaths can be prevented by early diagnosis of the disease, which our country currently does not have. |

| Upon identification of Cancer biomarkers that are linked to oncogenesis, it will aid in early diagnosis and prognosis of cancer and thus, lead to better treatments for afflicted patients. |
