Today, 5G is a daily requirement for almost everyone. The project aims to introduce 5G technology to improve spectrum efficiency and reduce latency and inter-user interference. |

This will benefit society in general and CAE in particular, where the adoption of 5G technology will speed up data transmission. |
How will the solution works |
Base Station would generate the signal having different power levels for Far-user and Near-user. When the signal reaches the Near-user it uses Successive Interference Cancellation (SIC) to get its information whereas, the Far-user doesn't require SIC as till that point Near-user's signal is too weak to be subtracted from overall signal. |

There are two ways to implement 5G technology: coded domain and power domain. This project aims to implement it in a power domain where users are isolated based on the signal power they receive. |
