| The enhancement of the emergency services system is required in Pakistan. We aim to develop a mobile app that would provide integrated emergency services through Urdu UI and Urdu speech recognition. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| In emergency, people usually panic, so they are unable to call to helpline. Most of the times they don’t know the exact location or the helpline number to call on. Moreover, call to a helpline in Pakistan is not free. So, all these issues are addressed through our app. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Everybody in Pakistan needs a platform that provides easy emergency reporting process specially the ones who cannot read or speak English, Urdu UI and Urdu speech recognition would help them a lot. |

| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| In Pakistan, a few systems have been developed before to address this issue but they did not include speech recognition features and the telephonic helplines do not provide automatic location fetching or provision of instant help guidelines according to the need like our system does. |
