| Our project will ensure that the event organizer can reach interested people & seamlessly get them to the venue. To do so we will eliminate the need for manual verification of tickets. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| Present methods for promoting events, distributing & verifying tickets aren't optimized enough. There is room for scams, especially in manual verification through guest lists, also in ticket scanning systems. Our project aims to counter these defects. |

| If you are an event organizer or someone who is planning to book tickets to a college event, conference or concert etc. this is for you. |
| How will the solution works |
| It consists of 2 parts: A web app and scanning hardware. Web app will be PWA and operate without OTP to avoid network issues. It will act as a platform to display events for attendees and provide tools to organizers to customize their event. Scanner will operate on Rasberry pi and will scan based on time-sensitive QR codes allotted to each user. The scanning will not require network connectivity. |
| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| Our competitors are Event Zilla and BmS that are both event ticketing platforms . Our solution varies from them as we are not restricted to events near a specific city as BmsS and also our payments methods are reliable whereas Event Zilla doesn’t provide a reliable payment mode. |
