| Banking Bot is an artificial intelligence development for the banking sector which can understand people's queries and responds accordingly. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| Presently, In Pakistan, most of the banking sector doesn't have any bot system which can understand natural language. Usually customers have to visit websites or call customer care which takes a lot of time but with a banking bot, any account holder can get all the information and ask all queries. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| All persons who hold an account in any bank need an easier way to get information and answers to their queries. So, all account holders need banking bots. |
| How will the solution works |
| By developing a database where all the relevant information about questions, answers, keywords, logs, and feedback will be stored. The front end is designed using Recast.Ai framework. It uses NLP, Machine Learning. API Connectivity is been done using PHP. |

| My project includes machine learning and a database and a feedback system that makes it different from others. It will be a bot that will continuously improve its information based on the user's feedback. |
