| Industries and power sector with the demads of large manufacturing need the continuous status of machines and devices and the decision making factor of their maintenance,all devices will be connected using IOTs thus assissting the factories to improve their efficiency and production |
| How will the solution works |
| Hardware includes IoT node.It will consist of a current, temperature and vibration sensor.It is ESP32 based Arduino,we will create a mesh network to collect the data of multiple machines on the floor.Data will be used to monitor the normal behavior of the machines and to develop a machine learning algorithm which will detect any abrupt changes in machine.Software part includes the modeling of data structure in the cloud & integration with a mobile application,which will display data on real time |
