Abstract:
    The main aim of the project is to recycle electrical waste for advanced energy applications.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    million of batteries are trash, improper dispose effect water and air pollution.when the batteries trash they end up in landfills where they decay and leak. we recycle batteries and used recycle material in advanced materials to reduce pollution.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
    this project will benefit the whole society help to reduce pollution from the environment.the recycled material can be used in automobile industries we make super capacitor of recycle material which used in automobile industry help to reduce cost.
How will the solution works
    take the primary batteries and take the anode out from it. Then we grinding of that material and will do leaching of this anode to extract manganese dioxide.After that we will do leaching process. In this process, we will wash our sample with water and it will precipitate the potassium hydroxide. Then we will do acidic leaching. This will help to precipitate the manganese dioxide from the sample. And finally, we will dry our sample and send these materials for xrd testing to check impurities.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    These types of batteries cannot be used in other industries due to lower power density values, in this project our main aim is to facilitate the automobile industry to develop advanced energy storage devices such as supercapacitors with higher power densities by providing them purified MnO2.
