| Flamingo is a mobile application implying the concept of augmented reality to help us out by connecting us to theoutside world without restricting us with in the boundaries of the screen. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| We are using augmented reality in the field of social media, something that has not been done before. This project will help connect people all around the globe using holograms. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| People who will benefit from this are: 1.The blood donor or people in search of blood.2. The tourist in search of new and adventurous places.3. Daily use by common people for their ease and social interactions. |
| How will the solution works |
| 1.Flamingo will use ARCore. Holograms will be created by user when at a specific place using technology of ARCore and Android Studio. 2.User will view holograms and interact with other users via chat. 3.If user is at home, then avatars will appear as markers on a map. 4.Directions to desired location will be provided to the user. 5.Recommendations will be made on the basis of interests and needs. |
