| Abstract: |
| We will automate the shipment process by introducing trucks that will contain mini drones to deliver packages to different homes in the same vicinity at the same time. Social distancing is maintained. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| The package delivery process in Pakistan is very slow and time consuming as there are numerous orders to be delivered. During this COVID crisis, less human interaction will be achieved. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| We will be aiming the shipment companies to become automated in delivering their packages. More efficient as it decreases delivery time and also reduces daily cost consumption. |
| How will the solution works |
| Basically, we will manufacture and automate a drone for delivery purposes. First, the drone will be efficiently designed to hold a package with maximum weight requirement. Navigation/Path Planning algorithms will be implemented such that the drones take the shortest path to package delivery location. The truck should be automated as well but as the road conditions in Pakistan don't allow automated vehicles, this part will be patented till it is achievable. |

| Currently, there are no competitors on a national level. But this system is being implemented by amazon in the upcoming years to offer worldwide 1-day delivery system. |
