Abstract:
We will create a 'competition' among people who visit local government hospitals in all districts. All people from every economic strata will try to give more money to get themselves diagnosed/treated
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
"Cutting Poverty" is the unmet need in society which will be met using this idea. We will generate money for government treasury using this idea.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
Government needs it. By creating a sense of pride in giving money to government, people will be helping government treasury and also it will be a boost to their own self-esteem, that they are helping build their country.
How will the solution works
We will simply create 3 queues for those who go for a check-up in the government hospitals. One will be labelled in bold "needy". They will be checked free of cost. Second will be "Helpers", they will pay RS50 for their diagnosis. (currently it's RS 10). Then comes "Constructors". They can give unlimited amounts of money to get treated and these queues however, leading to the three respective counters, will be transparent and out in the open. So everyone can see who is going in which line.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
There are no competitors. This idea is completely new and never-applied before.
