| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| Diagnostic centers are just business models. I want to overhaul them by providing machine learning-guided diagnostic measures to incoming patients. For instance, 80% of blindness that occur are preventable. Skin cancer is also similar. My idea is to help us toward better healthcare. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Pakistan does not have this but everyone needs to have their own personal doctors with personal medical record. And that medical record can be tracked across time. So this business idea is for everyone in society. |
| How will the solution works |
| First establish a molecular diagnostics lab. This will help with generating revenue and data for the company. Then we can attach some servers to store that data and analyze based on simple machine learning models. Every person who comes to our lab will be given an idea, and their anonymized data will be analyzed. Consistent higher values of sugar may well indicate diabetes because the machine will flag the patient |
| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| My competitors would be the present medical diagnostics labs. That is how I understand it for now, apart frrom the legal hurdles of keeping medical records. But I plan to make it highly anonymous even for the company itself. |
