| The idea of "Dhol Baja" is to create an app that will allow people to book their wedding halls from the comfort of their own home without having to go through the hassle of physical visits. |

| The need for an online platform as the world is moving digitally now due to advances in technology. Also, physically booking halls is time consuming, tiring and costly (in terms of transportation). |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Weddings are a huge part of our culture and happen all year-round. Everyone getting married would benefit from this app. This app will allow them to short-list wedding halls quickly, according to their preferences. It will also show the availability of the halls so you can know before hand. |
| How will the solution works |
| The start up is based on a mobile application. The overall layout would be very user-friendly. It would contain different range of criteria through which users can select such as Price, Location, Availability, Capacity, Food, etc. It will contain images of the halls and rating system. It will cover country-wide venues. All the wedding halls would be registered on that app. The app will act as a database connecting users and wedding hall owners. |
| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| As per my research, there are no direct competitors. No one has come up with an app like this before. There are websites which allow online booking but not specifically for weddings and they do not contain much detail. My app is directed towards weddings only in order to avoid complexity. |
