In order to deal with demands of growing population and to deal with water scarcity issue in Balochistan we come up with precision agriculture based solution. Our proposed solution includes crop health monitoring, smart irrigation and pesticide detection system. | |

Water scarcity issues in Balochistan lead to poor agricultural practices. Due to the growing population food demands are increasing. There is a need for smart practices for better management of crops, crop health monitoring, pesticide detection, and giving a precise amount of water to crops. | |

Balochistans farmers can take help from this solution by implementing the smart farming system in their fields. Secondly, farming enterprises can take benefit as well they can optimize efforts and resources, reduce consumption and waste and boost land productivity. | |
How will the solution works | |
Our proposed project includes sensor network-based crop health monitoring, smart irrigation and pesticide detection. Crop health monitoring involves sensors deployed in the field, and data collected from these sensors will be conveyed to the user with the help of a web application. Smart irrigation system utilizes scarce water resources in a smarter way and irrigates the crops based on sensor readings. Leaf images will be used for disease detection. | |
