Abstract:
    Replacing sugar with a natural non-caloric sweetener while retaining all sensory and storage qualities of the biscuits. Low calorie and high fiber content biscuits having physicochemical, functional, and sensory properties as well as antidiabetic.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    Sugar consumption has been linked to potential health risks. But my product is anti-hyperglycemic, anti-hypertensive, anti-caries, and lowers LDL, raises HDL, cures inflammatory bowel disease, lowers obesity, and promotes cardiovascular health.
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   1. Diabetic patients 2. Constipated people 3. Health-conscious people 4. Obese people As the stevia has 0 calories. On the other hand, the barley flour and gram flour are rich in dietary fibers and they can also help in reducing the chances of other diseases.
How will the solution works
    My product has stevia instead of sugar and barley instead of wheat; so to be a low caloric and high fiber product. Other than this, it contains bioactive compounds stevioside and rebaudioside which are helpful in maintaining blood sugar level.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    Fortunately, I have no competitors in market right now because this idea of adding stevia and using barley instead of wheat is genuinely belongs to me so a unique product as compared to the other products.
