| The goal is to completely transform agriculture while using the least amount of resources possible and producing crops all year round. By cultivating healthy plants that are chemical-free and independent of the issues that are reducing output, you can boost yield. Growing plants without soil and exposing plant roots to atomized oxygen and nutrients will be the main change. |
| What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
| The present resources have been overtaxed by problems including water scarcity, soil degradation, climate effects, and the conversion of agricultural land to commercial property. Additionally, production is declining year after year. Our approach increases production while using minimum resources. |
| Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
| Our system is built on modern farming methods that guarantee year-round productivity. Thus, it will be beneficial to farmers and those involved in the agricultural industries. |
| How will the solution works |
| Crop production employing water that is rich in nutrients is necessary for the solution. In the towers with closed chambers, plants' roots will be suspended in the air. Utilizing nozzles, atomized nutrients and oxygen will be sprayed directly on plant roots inside the tower, allowing for greater nutritional and oxygen absorption than is possible with conventional approaches. In order to prevent water-borne diseases, the closed chamber will be cleaned with hydrogen peroxide. |
| Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
| Two startups named Aether (Islamabad) and BGrowTech (Lahore) are competitors. They utilize a hydroponic system. However, the system we use is an aeroponic one, which uses the most innovative and resource-efficient hydroponic system technology. Hence, our technology is a viable business alternative. |
