Abstract:
    3D printing is the process by which three-dimensional digital models are made into physical objects. FDM 3D printer works by depositing melted filament material over a build platform layer by layer. This technology has revolutionized the way that objects are designed and manufactured, offering a faster, more cost-effective, and customizable alternative to traditional manufacturing methods.
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ?
    Empowering normal users to utilize the full industrial capability of highly accurate and precise 3D printers.Providing users with an eco-friendlier solution to fabricate their 3D designs.For the first time, we will provide the home user with the option to have the 3D printer with the double extruder
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ?
   Our printer has the ability to print a vast range of objects ranging from casts and enclosures to complex model structures which can be used in wide applications by students and industries alike. Apart from that, anyone who wants his computer-aided design into a 3D model would be benefited.
How will the solution works
    Solid polymer filament is used in FDM-based 3D printers; this filament is forced into the extruder, which has a heated nozzle and is typically heated to 200 degrees Celsius, by a stepper motor. Three stepper motors control the X, Y, and Z axes of the extruder. The computer issues commands to the motors that move the extruder in the X, Y, and Z planes to design a path for accurate printing.
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different
    There are fewer 3D printers available in the city So we have the advantage of this and very less competition in providing the service. Having advantage of double extruder 3D printer since no one in Pakistan is using double Extruder 3D printer .We offer customer support and local warranty.
