Abstract: |
With the rapid adaption of the electrical vehicle (EV), there is a need of convenient charging solutions. The technology uses the principle of mutual inductance. The main goal is to transmit power using resonance coupling. The system deals with an AC source, Transmission coil, Reception coil, High Frequency Converter, Compensation network, Rectifier, Sensor and electric load which is battery.

What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
In traditional charging of EVs through cables, there are different pin configuration of chargers for different vehicles. To eliminate this difficulty, society needs a new charging mechanism which is wireless. For autonomous vehicles, an autonomous wireless charging is necessary for the society. |
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
For greener and more sustainable ecosystem, electric vehicle would be a dire need of whole mankind in coming years. For more efficient electric vehicles, there must be an effective solution for charging. Wireless charging is the only way forward for a commercially feasible electric vehicle industry. |
How will the solution works |
In wireless charging, AC supply of 220V 50Hz is converted into High frequency AC and this high frequency AC is supplied to transmitter coil, then it creates alternating magnetic field that cuts the receiver coil and causes the production of AC power output in receiver coil. The important thing for efficient wireless charging is coil designing and compensation topologies to maintain the resonant frequencies. Then finally, this AC power at receiver side rectified to DC and fed to the battery. |
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
In local market there is no competitor but globally there are big tech giants. By improving efficiency and lowering cost, we can compete with global competitors. |
