| As technology advances, it is harder for workplaces to keep their employees active on their feet. Mundane, computer-based office work leads to music-skeletal disorders of varying intensity and reduced productivity. Our device gives users more agency to get up and take breaks while working on a computer and creates a gamified experience that encourages users to actively take breaks.

People working on a computer can keep sitting in uncomfortable postures and forget to stand up and move around which reduces productivity, limits performance, and deeply impacts health. Waveform will allow people to take short breaks during the day to exercise in short bursts.

| Anyone who uses a computer is in need of a similar device whether they are an office worker, remote employee, student, or even artist. People who use computers or laptops for long hours regularly and experience declining health due to it need a product like this.

| How will the solution works |
| The waveform is a small computer accessory, it can be connected to a laptop or pc and it works as a separate speaker or camera. After a certain amount of time on the computer, the app associated with waveform reminds the user to get up and closes all other programs open on t computer. It uses its internal app to begin instructions on small exercises and a small motion sensor in the device captures the user's movement. | Other products in the market are focused on work or on exercise equipment separately. Certain devices working on both are either only software or hardware-based. Our device is very universal as it provided both functionalities and also adds double the functionality.
