Usually transformers are located in remote areas and their monitoring and maintenance cost is very high. How will the solution works |
An AVR transformer will be manually designed which will keep the voltage in specified limit such that if voltage deviates from the limits, it will change its tap (change number of turns on respective winding) using servo motor & brushes so that appliances remain safe from high volts. Tap changing will be done on bases of data from voltage sensor through Arduino. Certain transformer parameters will be monitored in real time through sensors and their data will be uploaded on server. |
