| There is a need to manage customers' documents like ID cards by compiling personal information. The process of managing such large data manually is time-consuming and costly. So, I am trying to solve this problem by automating this process using AI. So, the developed system (application) will take scanned images as input or maybe without scanning as input and provide information about customers. | |

| I think use of AI in this regard is really helpful due to automation. Because, new technology is used here and so it will save cost, time etc. | |

| This could be used in many organizations, and also where we need our ID cards. One thing that I consider a beautiful thing is that the procedure of automation will be same for any of the application similar like that. So, such automation could also be implemented on COVID cards, Credit Cards, etc. | |
| How will the solution works | |
| First of all, data collection task will be done. Input images used here will be front-side images of identity cards. The main stages of this proposed system are: box location bounded around information (ROI) and data/text recognition using OCR. To speed up the system while maintaining high accuracy for the input image limitations, image processing techniques are used to detect ID cards and locate information bounding boxes. | |
