Human interactive robots, also known as socially interactive robots, are service robots that provide service by interacting with humans, thus prompting their communication skills and minds. The main aim of HR robots is to collaborate with humans in various environments. These robots either perform a particular task such as helping humans by interacting with them and recording their responses. |
What is the unmet need in society that your idea will fulfill ? |
The number of doctors or medical staff at times might not provide patients the required attention due to a large number of patients, so this is the point where human interactive robots play their part. They can perform as many operations as required without inaccuracies due to stress or tiredness. |
Who needs it ? How many would benefit ? |
The hospitals or clinics which have less patient-nurse ratio can use this robot. This will increase the ratio, thus reducing the chances of death occurring due to the lack of attention of doctors and nurses. |
How will the solution works |
various paths using tapes will be laid on the hospital floor the doctor will enter the room number. then the robot will follow that particular path and will also use object identification to identify the room number. as soon as the robot will reach its destination it will start interacting with the patient and will record the responses moreover the robot will record the vital measurements and to identify the patient it will use face recognition so that only the robot interacts with the patient. |
Who are your competitors ? How is your solution different |
Robots such as TUG Autonomous Robot, walk lake robot, etc. do a similar job but some can work in an isolated environment or need more space to move around or some might openly confront the patients. our robot will have a compact design making it easier to move and can easily interact with patients. |
