How will the solution works | |
the equipment has a Vacuum Pump that creates a specific amount of pressure that is fed to the pressure sensors. there are two pressure sensors attached, one is a device under test (DUT) and the other one is a high accuracy MEMS pressure sensor. Once we obtain the pressure value created by the vacuum in both sensors, we compare the readings of DUT with high accuracy MEMS Pressure sensor and then calibrate the DUT accordingly | |
